About me

Pleshette Carmouché is the founder of Clarifying Solutions, a financial planning firm designed to help Black women with setting financial goals in order to achieve financial wealth. Pleshette has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and is passionate about helping Black women “Do MORE with LESS money!”

She is a self-proclaimed “Wealth Expert” who believes that nothing should stop you from living your best life. When she’s not helping Black women overcome their money challenges, she’s travelling, learning new money strategies, speaking, or living a natural holistic life.

Official Bio

Pleshette is the founder of Clarifying Solutions, a financial planning firm designed to help Black women keep more of what they earn. She has over 20 years in the financial services industry and held various positions dealing with investments, real estate, payroll, taxation, and education.

Pleshette holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Masters of Business Administration in Financial Services. Pleshette is currently licensed in Texas, Louisiana, Maryland, and Mississippi as a Life and Health insurance agent. She is also a National Social Security Advisor, helping individuals to maximize their social security benefits. Lastly, she is an Enrolled Agent, which is a tax advisor authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS.

The culmination of her diverse, lifelong experiences has combined her two passions of teaching and finance, which leads to a more education-based approach in helping people become financially successful. Her favorite motto is “if you fail to plan, you plan to fail” and her goal is to help more people plan and achieve financial success.
